Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that facilitates deep relaxation, enabling you to access your subconscious mind. During a typical hypnosis session, which lasts between 20 to 40 minutes, you will relax and listen to my voice guiding you through the process. Many clients find that time seems to pass effortlessly during this experience.

Hypnosis is a technique used to help you release your critical faculty, so you can work on rewiring your unconscious thoughts, eliminating self-sabotage, emotional attachments, or beliefs that no longer serve you.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your first session will begin with an intake form to identify your areas of concern and main focus. This initial assessment may include worksheets to help clarify your goals. It’s important to note that hypnotherapy can often involve multiple sessions, depending on your individual needs.

Together, we will discuss the time you are willing to invest, set clear goals, and determine a plan that fits your budget. The primary objective is to guide your mind into a deeper state of consciousness, making it more receptive to positive suggestions and change.

Understanding Hypnosis

Some people may have misconceptions about hypnosis due to portrayals in the media. In a therapeutic setting, hypnosis is a relaxing experience where you always maintain complete control. There is no need to feel embarrassed or fearful; hypnosis is not a truth serum, and you can choose to lie just as easily as in your waking state.

The effectiveness of the session largely depends on your determination to make a change and improve your life. Hypnosis aids in removing the barriers to change, creating a mental association that effectively addresses your concerns.

After the Session

After your session, you may not notice immediate changes, as they often occur subtly over time. For optimal results, I recommend listening to your personalized MP3 recording for at least 21 days. Change happens at an unconscious level, and your subconscious mind plays a significant role in this transformation.

Each session, while typically lasting 45 minutes, should be scheduled for 90 minutes to allow time for questions and adjustments tailored to your individual needs.
